RWP SPIN DISK FILTERS

These represent an excellent solution for the filtering of solvent during the cleaning cycles of industrial machines: the filter units built in AISI 304 or AISI 316L stainless steel are available in various sizes, based on the dimensions and filtering surface of each version.

The filtering process is guaranteed by a series of filter disks assembled and packed together directly on the central shaft of the filter.

They are generally supplied complete with filter disks in versions with ECO 30 or POWDER filter fabric.

The filter disks are cleaned by turning the filter’s central shaft (where the filter disks are assembled and packed together) inside the filter case, which is half filled with solvent, by means of the electric motor (operated by the PLC on the machine control panel) and the relative power train components.

The fibres of the filter fabric are cleaned because of the agitation of the solvent on the disks and the counter flow generated through the filter, guaranteeing years of operation before the disks must be replaced depending on the number of operating cycles.
