The formal agreementfor the merger between the two companies has been signed, the last act in acompany merger that had already been a reality in practical terms for some time

An efficient andmodern 100 kW photovoltaic system, that guarantees over 50% of the firm'sannual energy needs, has been installed on the roof of the company, proof ofthe company's awareness of the importance of energy saving and the productionof energy from sustainable and non polluting sources

December 2010 – TOWARDS AN ISO 9001 CERTIFIED COMPANY

The company has signed an agreement with a well-known firm ofconsultants and is continuing its pursuit to formalize the compliance of itsexisting organisation with ISO 9001 standards, demonstrating that the qualityof its management system complies with the high levels demanded by thisacknowledged standard
