These filters are available in various sizes to cater for different dimensions and filtering surfaces, and are made in AISI 304 or AISI 316L stainless steel.

The mechanical filtering process is provided by a series of filter disks assembled and packed together directly on the central shaft of the filter.

The cleaning action by the filter disks is achieved by the motion of the electric motor and the relative power train components, which turn the filter’s central shaft (where the filter disks are assembled and packed together) located inside the filter body half-filled with liquid.

The fibres of the filter fabric are cleaned as a result of the agitation of the liquid by the spinning disks and the counter flow generated through the filter, guaranteeing years of operation before the filter disks must be replaced depending on the number of operating cycles.
